This recipe is actually something I did as our early morning activity a couple days ago. Each morning, Zach wakes up between 6:30 and 7am and I like to have an activity planned for us to do while Noah sleeps in. Zach LOVES helping me in the kitchen and loves to be apart of the action – pouring, mixing, ‘helping me’ crack the eggs. He really enjoys it! This recipe was fun to make with him. He also enjoyed placing (and eating) the fruit on the top in a fun pattern. Very simple and we have enjoyed a yummy breakfast for for a few mornings this week – easy, peasy. (He also wanted to show off his Jake and the Neverland Pirate temporary tattoos in the photo!)
